Bulgaria - National cuisine


Bulgaria is a country in southeastern Europe and this card shows some of their national dishes:
  1. Rabbit - hunter's style
  2. Lamb - drob sarma
  3. Bean dish in earthern pot
  4. Tarator - fresh yoghurt soup
  5. Shashlik - skewered meat
  6. Kebabcheta (grilled mince meat with spices) and Kjufteta (roasted meat balls)
  7. Banitza - cheese and egg pie
  8. Moussaka
  9. Shopska salad
  10. Bulgarian yoghurt
  11. Kozunak (easter bread) and easter eggs
  12. Kavarma (meat stew) in an earthern pot
  13. Stuffed peppers.
